How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?
We offer several shipping options including Standard and Next Day Delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Free shipping is often available on orders over a specific threshold.
What is your return policy?
You can return any unwanted items within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, jewelry and certain Intimates cannot be returned unless faulty.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a unique tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can monitor your parcel's journey.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support PayPal, Apple Pay, and 'Buy Now, Pay Later' services like Klarna and Afterpay in select regions.
How do I know which size to choose?

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, we have a very small window for changes. Please contact our customer service team immediately, but please note that once an order has reached the warehouse, we cannot make modifications.
