We want you to love your Motel outfit, but if it's not quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the completed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate your prepaid shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
